Eligibility

• Refunds are issued for approved returns that meet the conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy and for defective/incorrect items.
  
  

Method

• Refunds go to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card/account.
  
  

Timing

• Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed in 5–10 business days (posting time depends on your bank).
  
  

Partial refunds

• May be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts, at our discretion.
  
  

Shipping costs

• Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  
  

Late/missing refunds
