Processing time

• Orders process in 1–3 business days unless noted otherwise. Pre-orders show an estimated ship date on the product page.

Incomplete/incorrect addresses

Lost/damaged packages

• If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier first, then email Contact Email.
