Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
  

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all components.
  
  

• Proof of purchase required.
  
  

• Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
  
  

How to start a return

1. Email Contact@theoffensivegames.com with order number and reason.
   
   

2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
   
   

3. Ship the item back per instructions.
   
   

Return shipping

• We cover return shipping for defects, damage, or incorrect items.
  
  

• For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customer pays return shipping.
  
  

Exchanges

• For defective/damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery (include photos). We’ll replace or offer an equivalent solution.
  
  

Refund timing

• After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to post).
  
  

Non-returnable situations

• Items not in original condition, missing parts, or with signs of use not due to our error.
  
  

• Returns requested after 30 days.
  
  

• Final-sale items.
  
  

Wrong address / undeliverable

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship once the correct address is provided (additional shipping may apply).
